This is a new US Made transfer case output yolk nut. This is the tapered thread lock nut used to hold the out put yolks on the Dana 18 Transfer case. These were used on the late Dana 18 or Spicer 18 Transfer Case. These are normally seen on the M38, M38A1, Late CJ3A and CJ3B.
