This is a new very high quality and very correct horn vibration mount assembly. This is the little spring vibration mount that is in between the actual horn mount bracket and horn. These are always rusted out or broken when found. This will fit the MB, GPW, CJ2A, CJ3A, M38 and M38A1 horn mounts.
