This is a fuel sending unit for the CJ3B and early CJ5 with the under seat gas tank. The year range is 1955-1972. This can be used with both the 6 and 12 volt systems. Sorry, I don’t know the ohms. These will fit right in the original as well as the reproduction gas tanks. This sending unit has six mounting holes. This comes with the correct gasket.
