This is a new very high quality reproduction grill and or windshield strap. This is for both the M38 and M38A1. On the M38 this is the strap located on the grill used to strap the windshield down when in the lowered position. On the M38A1 this is the strap that mounts to the footman loop in the center of the windshield frame and used for the same purpose. This is a US Made item.
