This is a brand new military reflector assembly. This is for the late M-series military jeeps and trucks. These are also used on the current military vehicles and trailers. These would be correct for the M38A1 and The M151 series military jeeps. These replaced the early Guide A2 reflectors as seen on the M38 and very early M38A1. The early version of this style reflector was made by Arrow. These are identical but are not marked Arrow. These also have the correct 100% pattern in the lenses.
