This is a new very high quality and correct pair of inner oil seals for the Dana 25 and 27 axles. These are the small seals that are on either side of the chunk. They seal around the axle shafts where they enter into the diff. These are almost always worn out and are quite frequently missed in a restoration. That is why the gear dope ends up in the axle tubes. The Dana 27 is the correct rear axle for the MB and GPW. It looks like a 3/4 ton style axle with the hub that sticks out. These will not fit the Dana 41 or 44 rear axles. Part number: A-779
