This is a new very high quality brake eccentric. This is for the brake backing plates on the 9″ brake drums. These are the upper ones or the ones that adjust the middle and top of the shoe. These were used on the MB, GPW, CJ2A, CJ3A, and M38. There are two per backing plate or eight per jeep. These are almost always in really bad condition or stuck when found.
