This is a new pair of good quality black painted Horizontal latches. These are the style with the 90 Degree bend in the shaft to allow them to be mounted on a flat surface. This style was used on the hoods of the MB and GPW to hold the windshield down when in the lowered position. They can also be used on many other military trucks to hold the hood down.( M715, M37) Of course these are black but can easily be repainted your color. Yes, hardware is included.
